SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD (5-7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (2-3 business days)

International Shipping:

• Standard International: $20.00 AUD (10-21 business days depending on destination)
• We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and select countries in Europe and Asia

Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Dubbo, NSW. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Tracking Information You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing (for international orders), public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
