SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD (5–7 business days)
- Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (2–3 business days)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: $20.00 AUD (10–21 business days depending on destination)
- We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Denmark, and select countries in Europe and Asia
Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. For customers in the European Union (including Denmark), please note that orders may be subject to VAT and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Dubbo, NSW. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect your order.
Tracking Information You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing (for international orders), public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at liftwithoutlimitscollective@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
